The property has been completely re-fitted, and benefits from a new fully fitted kitchen with built-in electric oven and hob with an extractor filtration system. There is a built-in fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and an alarm clock radio.

The lounge/diner has a sofa, armchair and dining room table and chairs.

There is a Television and Video, Radio, CD Player and a fitted smoke alarm.
All sheets and duvets provided, plus one towel per person and all electricity included.

Outside is a decked patio area with a picnic bench and an allocated parking space.
There is ample room for visitor parking.

Sorry smoking in-side the cottage is not permitted. Pets allowed by prior agreement.
